Lost the welcome email or never received it? Type the email you signed up with and we'll re-send your active license key right now.
Don't get an email within a minute? Check your Spam folder. If it's not there either, email [email protected] and Paul will sort it out same business day.
What this does
Looks up your customer record by email, finds your most recent active SideQuest license (paid tiers take priority), and sends the welcome email — same one you got at signup — to that address. The email includes your license key, the connector download link, and the three-step install.
Why this exists
The old path was to email support. That worked, but it added a step we didn't need. The resend endpoint is rate-limited at the control plane and doesn't leak whether an email exists — we always respond with the same "we've sent it if you're on file" message regardless of what we found.
